Threadless is a 3rd party service that allows me to upload designs, but they take care of the procurement, shipping and customer service. They contract out local shirt printers/suppliers around the country.
I have ordered some shirts myself to test them out on various occasions. Sometimes the print on the shirt is fantastic. Other times, they are not. Consistency can be a problem.
HOWEVER, because of the way they set this business up, they are REALLY good at customer service, returns, replacements, etc.
IF YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT WHERE THE PRINT IS BAD or POORLY PLACED, PLEASE CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE SENT A REPLACEMENT. They have a 100% HAPPINESS GUARANTEE. They may ask for photos so they can see the issue. But please, please, please, don't settle for a product that isn't right.
